At Speed/Conditioning Camp, training is focused on developing the proper technique for the athlete to access maximum speed, strength and explosive power, to play fast.
Speed/Conditioning Camp is held on Saturday mornings from 8:30AM to 10AM. Sessions are conducted at parks, tracks and beaches and integrate challenging terrain drills, including hills, flat surfaces and sand dunes.
During Speed/Conditioning Camp, young athletes in all sports are challenged to achieve higher levels of performance and increased speed.
